A private recovery tracker. Everything stays on your phone.
Rooted isn't an emergency service. If you're in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. For free, confidential support: 1737 in New Zealand, 13 11 14 in Australia, 116 123 in the UK and Ireland, 988 in the US and Canada. Anywhere else, findahelpline.com lists services by country.
On your device. Rooted has no account, no server and no analytics. Nothing you write is sent to us, because there's nowhere for it to go. Your phone's own backup may include it, which the privacy policy explains in full.
It stays greyed out until your day's end time, which starts at 8:00 pm — marking a day means something once the day is behind you. If you'd rather mark it earlier, change My day ends at in settings — the person icon, top right.

Yes. Add as many as you like in settings, each with its own start date and progress. Switch between them using the tabs at the top of the Today screen.
Settings → Start fresh from today on that struggle. Your journal, check-ins and milestones stay where they are. No lectures, no lost account.
Settings → Delete all my data. It asks once, then removes everything permanently. Export first if you want to keep a copy.
Uninstalling removes the app's data from your device too — but if your phone's backup is switched on, a copy can survive in your Google or Apple account and come back if you reinstall. To be certain it's gone, delete your data before uninstalling.
Not yet — Rooted has no PIN or fingerprint lock of its own, so anyone holding your unlocked phone can open it. Until that changes, a device passcode and a short auto-lock time are what keep your journal private.
No. Rooted is free, with no ads, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Nothing about you is collected or sold.
Yes. They're scheduled on your device, so they arrive whether or not Rooted is open, and without an internet connection. Turn them on in settings.
